I prezzi per il listino week-ends di primavera
sono applicabili ai week-ends di: Pasqua (dal 05/04 al 10/04), 25 aprile, 1°maggio, 2 giugno
si intendono per appartamento e sono comprensivi di:
- Uso dell'appartamento interamente ammobiliato, completo di utensili da
cucina, forno a microonde, T.V. cassaforte digitale
- Consumi ( acqua, luce, gas, riscaldamento autonomo)
- Biancheria da letto, da bagno, da cucina
- Pulizie finali ( escluso angolo cottura o addebito di euro 50,00)
- Posto auto non custodito ma nella proprietà
- uso di biciclette
- CAUZIONE: euro 150,00 (sarà restituita alla partenza salvo danni)
- CAPARRA : euro 100,00 - SALDO all'arrivo alla consegna delle chiavi
- PACCHETTO FAMIGLIA comprende 2 adulti + 1/2 bimbi fino anni 15
- Accettiamo minorenni solo se accompagnati dai genitori o da chi ne esercita

- ARRIVO: la consegna dell'appartamento avviene dalle ore 15:00 (in base alla pulizia dell'appartamento)
- PARTENZE: l'appartamento va lasciato libero entro le ore 10:00 salvo accordi con la direzione
- APPARTAMENTI: ogni bilocale può ospitare fino a 4 persone

Prices are per week, from Saturday to Saturday, per apartment, with the exception of Easter weekend, May 1st, April 25, June 2. Monthly budgets personalized Prices include: use 's fully furnished apartment, complete with consumer ' s water, electricity, gas, taxes, linens, kitchen utensils, TV, oven, microwave, safe, shared use of a washing machine does not coin, unguarded parking, use of bicicliette.
Excluding final cleaning, air conditioning, beach service ARRIVALS: delivery 's apartment is on Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00 (depending on the cleaning of the ' apartment). DEPARTURES: 's apartment must be vacated no later than Saturday at 10:00 am.
It is recommended to leave clean 's kitchen and cooking, to prevent ' s charge to be deducted from the deposit 50.00 EUR MODE 'PAYMENT: To confirm the reservation we require a deposit of EUR 200.00 per half bank or postal money order, the balance to 'arrival with the keys.
